Frequently Asked Questions: I can't click the Place Order button when I try to order online! - Sometimes the software which handles our online ordering needs you to verify your address. Ensure that the address listed is correct and click the Update Address button. You should then be able to place your order. I want to order from the Lunch Cube but I live outside the delivery area shown on your website. Can I still place an order? - To save time and stay green, all of our regular deliveries are carried by bicycle. We are happy to accomodate orders outside of our delivery area when we are able but the order must be placed by 3:00pm on the previous business day to allow us to schedule a delivery vehicle. We request that orders outside of our delivery area be for 20 people or more. Do you take orders outside of your normal hours of operation? What about on Saturdays? - We do our best to accomodate our customers' needs outside of our normal hours of operation. For evening orders or orders for Saturday delivery, we request at least one week advance notice to schedule necessary staff and ensure enough product is on hand. If you would like to inquire about placing an order for outside our normal hours, please call us at 612-225-6800 or send an email to info@lunchcube.com. Are there additional vegetarian options? What about vegan options? - Yes! You can substitute tofu or mock duck for the meat on any of our sandwiches. And because our bread contains no eggs or butter, you can order most of our sandwiches vegan friendly with no meat or mayonaise. I placed an order online for pickup. Where can I pick it up? - All of our pickup and delivery orders are handled through our Harmon store. Our skyway location is walk-in only. |
